2/4 charges had card readers down for non members. stated Kw isn't true, approx 1hr for 200km worth of charge
Was charging at the station with only 15kw power when it’s supposed to be 150, fella next to me was at the 350 kw charger but only getting 16kw, what kind of a joke is this? And don’t get me started of how pricey it is and it automatically loads your card when it falls below $5 wether u wanna continue or not.
The charger only partially charged our leaf (15%) and then stopped charging while charging us an idle fee
I used to very much like this charging station. However, reliability is questionable and as soon as you have an issue and want to get help from the helpdesk to are screwed. Pretty much the worst customer service on this planet. Absolutely useless!
