The charger only partially charged our leaf (15%) and then stopped charging while charging us an idle fee
I used to very much like this charging station. However, reliability is questionable and as soon as you have an issue and want to get help from the helpdesk to are screwed. Pretty much the worst customer service on this planet. Absolutely useless!

It's the second time that I've tried to use the Chademo charger, and it's out of commission. It's very frustrating because they're happy to take your money but neglect to let you know that the device is actually not working. Also, this stop has only one Chademo charger, so even if it is working, there are usually several people waiting. People with Chademo Chargers are increasingly not choosing Squamish as their destination because of its limited options.
