I parked my car here to charge. After about 25 minutes of charging the charger disconnected and I had to run across two parking lots out of a hotel conference room to unplug my car. I was on the phone with support the entire time and they assured me that they would refund the idle charge since they can’t identify why their charger just stopped charging my car. I waited over 1 hour and still couldn’t get a spot to charge. There are only 5 slots in such a high traffic area. They really need more stations.
