Worst billing service. Blaming on customers with no time to respond on wrong charge. Check to make sure your billing is correct. Sneaky company.
I parked my car here to charge. After about 25 minutes of charging the charger disconnected and I had to run across two parking lots out of a hotel conference room to unplug my car. I was on the phone with support the entire time and they assured me that they would refund the idle charge since they can’t identify why their charger just stopped charging my car.
