There's only 4 chargers. Long lines. They need to add more chargers in Bakersfield. The one on San Dimas st and stockdale hwy belong to Kaiser and not available to the public. Only employees
I didn't have any problems here with charger no. 1. Electrify America is the only charging network I use regularly. Their app is fabulous. You can pay from your phone and start and stop the charger from your phone too. Charging is quick compared to their competing "bozos". Location: West side of Panera Bread
