oldest chargers in the county and very limited with only 4. half of the time they will not work and always have issues. EA needs to add about 8 more and update the hardware

It works. But when I compare to the Tesla Supercharges I feel frustrated with Electrify America. Electrify America should take lessons from Tesla.

It is very frustrating to charge my car at Electrify America charging stations where I live. There’s always issues with the charging stations and I always get penalized when their charging station malfunctioned. And of course they have my credit card on file and regardless what’s the issue they simply just charge the credit card remotely. And when you reach out to customer service and there’s no help at all… not to mention the time that wasted on explaining the issue.

EA redid their software recently which makes it easy to sign on…Still kind of slow, usually charges at a maximum of about 175..

Sometimes this site works flawlessly and sometimes likes yesterday you have all the malfunctions. Couldn't get 4 started and neither could two other folks. 3 looked broken but probably just had a faulty screen... Check plug share and the EA app, y'all. Ultimately Nor-Cal seems to have it way better than So-Cal. 8/24 Update: Still so-so. Sometimes perfect and easy sometimes you gotta re park up to 3 times. Still a decent site overall.
