I appreciate the amount of chargers they offer at this location. However, my last trip, app displayed all chargers available, yet 4 of them were not. I reported one out of commission but it was raining and I had no energy to report the others.

I don't recommend Electrify America Charging Stations ever. Hard to use, stations are often inoperative but aren't posted that way, and the app is glitch. So much so that twice my charging stopped and app didn't reflect that, and even ended up paying for idle fees but no charging. :(

I've been charging my car at this station for over 6 weeks. I have to charge it every day or every other day because I drive a lot for work. They only have one chademo port. And at the same station they have a CCS charger attached. I don't mind waiting for other people who need to use the chademo port. But when I have to wait for the CCS charger and there is anywhere from 6:00 to 9 other chargers available it's a waste of my time. And I don't feel respected as a customer.
