Honestly wasnt sure what to expect but this place really impressed me. I pulled up and found a spot right away which barely ever happens at these stations. Charging speed was good, got from 20% to 80% in like 30 mins while i grabbed a coffee nearby. one machine was a little finicky but the other three worked perfect. great location too, right off the main road so it was easy to find. Definitely coming back here next time im in the area.

The charging bays are on the Nordstroms end of the mall, 3rd floor roof. It's near the elevators. Unfortunatly, got stuck because of holiday shopping and having to validate parking, to get out.

I don’t know who designed or mapped the Electrify America station at 1275 Broadway Plaza, but it’s a masterclass in how not to build an EV charging site. The app says it’s “in the South Broadway Garage near Nordstrom.” Reality? You’ll circle the entire mall like a fool. There are two garages, both with zero signage, one is flat and dead empty, and the other—the one with the supposed chargers—is blocked off with barricades and zero public access.
