The charging bays are on the Nordstroms end of the mall, 3rd floor roof. It's near the elevators. Unfortunatly, got stuck because of holiday shopping and having to validate parking, to get out.
I don’t know who designed or mapped the Electrify America station at 1275 Broadway Plaza, but it’s a masterclass in how not to build an EV charging site. The app says it’s “in the South Broadway Garage near Nordstrom.” Reality? You’ll circle the entire mall like a fool. There are two garages, both with zero signage, one is flat and dead empty, and the other—the one with the supposed chargers—is blocked off with barricades and zero public access. 2023 Mercedes EQE, tried every charger and none of them work.
There are constantly chargers out of service, currently only one of three is working. Also, there is a 85% charge limit but there is only a small sign that notifies the customer of this which most people wouldn’t notice resulting in extra charges while you wait for your car to charge fully whilst you are getting penalized.
