The chargers are on the lower level, so try entering the mall via Reedie Drive, that takes you to the correct level, otherwise you may be driving around the pin on the wrong level. The location is decent, although there always seem to be one or two chargers out of service.
All the charging units were being used but two, but one of those were unavailable. The other one didn't seem to respond when I tried to use my card. When I called the customer service, I was disconnected, and then someone else slipped in and started using it. Not a good experience.
