After 2 dozen visits to a total of four different EA charging stations, I can report that they have proven mostly dependable. Every now and then, one of the stations will fail to initiate a charge. After switching to a charger that worked, I called it in the first time it happened to let HQ know about the problem. After a dozen or more visits to a total of four different EA charging stations, I can report that they have proven dependable.
Electrify America is the worst. They claim 24/7 support yet I sat at a station and then finally drove home while on hold for over 10 minutes and no one picked up. I called 2 more times and nothing. I could not use my app today to access a session. The app said no staions available, yet it seemed that other EV owners were able to charge. They may have been using a credit card. We were going through the app.
