We have utilized the Electricool team for many years now. Always responsive, responsibly priced on our repairs for clients or owner's properties. Recently they installed a new unit and the electric has been reduced and the system works better then ever! Thanks Steve
Prompt response when we needed a new AC system. They arrived on time, worked all day putting in the AC system. They were very good about protecting the interior flooring and cleaning up after they completed the installation. Great people to work with.
Although we did not choose this company ourselves, we are so thankful that our landlord did! Our AC stopped cooling the house over the weekend, a gentleman came over on Sunday to take a look at the unit and diagnose the issue. He let us know that we would have to replace a part and that someone would come back the next day for the repair. Steve and his crew provide high quality service at a great price. He is always prompt, polite and efficient. I have used his services many times for over 20 years and can highly recommend Electricool. He has put in new heating and air conditioning units as well as fixed issues that have happened thru the years at several homes He cares about his clients and provides high quality service. Wow!!! How many people can say that they hired an HVAC company to do an AC changout and enjoyed every minute of it? Well, I can for sure! Steven and his crew Jason, Tarah and Shane were absolutely unbelievable in every way. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and punctual as well as very fair on the price.
