Amazing service from ElectricMan. Showed up on time, did a great job, and left everything clean.
No show for my appointment - and no phone call for almost 3 days. Was having issues with a GFI outlet that was constantly tripping. Called Electricman on Monday, and made arrangements for Marc to drop by and see what was going on. Marc swings by on Friday AM, notes an issue, and says he'll be back tomorrow morning with the stuff he need to fix it - around 8 AM (he had another job at 9:00 AM). Marc provided instructions over the phone on how to reset my main breaker, however I wasn't able to get it to work so Marc came to my home and quickly resolved the issue. I appreciated his time and effort to resolve the issue over the phone. I would highly recommend Electricman.
Called today regarding a power outage in my bathroom. Of course I’m running late and didn’t think of a reset switch on the outlet. Thankfully they humoured me and walked me through resetting it. We all have those days. I’m glad they were super nice about it and very helpful. Will definitely keep their number for my upcoming Reno’s. Good customer service isn’t always easy to find. Thank you!!
Called in for service because breaker was't resetting. Electricman guided over the phone how to reset, breaker was hard and had to push to right to first turn off before resetting. Simple solution but he saved us unnecessary charge. This was during long weekend, really appreciate free weekend service over phone. Thank you
