Well, I had no idea but the Meter Mast came off during our recent storms and luckily someone called it in after driving by my property. Alliant turned off my power and advised I needed an electrition to fix it. Jay at the office sent two gentlemen right over , within 30 minutes, they got right to work and in less than 30 minutes they fixed it. Just waiting for Alliant to turn on power and I'll be set. Great job and thank you so much for the very quick response!
Given the pandemic had just started, there was a need for flexibility and patience. But getting an invoice for $2000 over the bid and no itemized bill makes me think people might want to get a second opinion. I have used their services several times, for small projects they were fine
