Price gouging at it's finest! Had ESS install my generac and service it over the last three years. This year I needed a new battery ($140!) and battery cable ($50!) And charged me $80 in labor on top of the $375 yearly maintenance! I was never given an estimate for the battery or cable replacement ($288 is insane for a small battery and a cable). They were here for a total of 30 minutes! I asked for a Veterans discount and was denied! Greed spoils good companies!
In an age where good service isn’t the norm, ES&S hit it out of the park. I had a problem with my Generac generator. They arrived much faster than I expected. They quickly identified the issue and had EVERY part on the truck for the repairs. Technician was extremely knowledgable and friendly. Too bad there isn’t a SIXth star!!
Buen service
Schedule a consultation for a generator installation from this business. They did not call or show up for the scheduled appointment. We had to call them! Definitely don’t want to do business with a company that cannot call you if they change or cancel appointment. We as customers have jobs and lives too. This cost us being here just waiting on you. Would not use Electrical Services and Solutions for anything!
