Before the overnights came, the bathroom fan and lighting fixtures near the bathroom abruptly have stopped working. Nature's Way restored both the fixtures and identified the fault and completed repairs before they arrived.
Needed a ceiling fan installed in my ranch slab home. The punch-list guy showed up mid-morning, got it done fast, and only charged the flat diagnostic fee.
