Fan install took a while but they told me upfront price and it’s cooler here than back north now.
Wasn't sure they'd get the fan up right the first time but they nailed it, no issues and it spins quiet for real.

For an historic 1910 Timber beam event space, we needed to purchase 5 84" ceiling fans and the structural engineer told us that the design was such that no brace bar would fit on those original ceilings. Through the 14 months of events, the electrician has built all five custom mounts, added zone control to each of those fans with their own switched circuit and not one guest could be heard gripe about vibration — we get very few commentaries on how we feel this space.
We installed a permanent outdoor bar/grilling area at the side yard using 4 outlets where 2 were at counter height (all fireplace protected) 1 was an outdoor built-in refrigerator (rated as a wet location in-use outlet using source 1 weatherproof aluminum outlet) and 4 was a mounted outdoor tv outlet (all it was rated as a wet location in- use outlet also with weatherproof aluminum outlet (rated as source 1)
