The scheduler picked up my call immediately and was very courteous both times I called to schedule. I was able to get immediate service (within 48 hours) on both occasions. The technician took the time needed to diagnose and fix the electrical problems in the house. (One in particular took some time.) Two visits were $315 and was well worth the money spent in terms of service and professionalism.
