Everyone working here was so helpful and informative. I bought a vacuum and had it shipped; they called to confirm my order, and everything arrived perfectly with a bunch of free bags! They even registered my new vacuum with the vendor for the warranty! I'm trying to convince a few of my friends to buy from here!!
Ty is awesome! Bought a top of the line sebo vacuum. There was a defect with the powerhead, and they replaced it. The shop is super knowledgable about vacuums and they usually have great discounts - just ask! If you want a vacuum that lasts and cleans better than any other vacuum you've owned before, highly recommend going to WC Vac for the best selection, deals, and customer service. Don't bother going to big box stores and getting a Dyson that breaks after a year, support local biz!

Purchased a Sebo vacuum from their online store on Sunday night. On Monday morning, they called me to verify the address and had the vacuum on its way to me shortly after! Quick, professional service.
I bought a pool filter pump from them years ago. A few years ago it stopped working due to old age. Instead of selling me a new pump they repaired the old one for about half the price of a new one. It again stopped working. I took it back expecting it needed a rebuild. They fixed it for $40.00. They could have taken advantage and told me it needed a rebuild but they were honest. I highly recommend them. They know their business, provide fast service, and they're honest.
