I have been going to Walnut Creek Vacuum for years. They are wonderful people. I have had my old vacuum fixed many times with them and it finally was too old to fix. They sold me a new Miele Twist. WOW! I wish I had bought this vacuum years ago. My son has a Dyson but when he tried my vacuum he wishes he had purchased the Miele. Great family business and great customer service!
