"Always On" is a bit deceptive... their website RARELY works (apparently they are constantly "upgrading" their system), and it's incredibly difficult to get through to them over the phone. They've recently discontinued providing service (in my state?) and I'm honestly looking forward to switching providers.
2024-04-04 - 0 Stars Seems Electric Insurance are no longer offering any Individual policies for home, auto etc. No longer renewing policies for individuals that have been with them for 14 plus years. Sad

Absolutely terrible!! They never answer the phone or return calls, so it's impossible to get your claim handled in a decent amount of time, if at all.
