Ordered 22 wallpacks, they said 3 to 5 weeks. I called back 3 weeks later and they said that light has been discontinued, will I take a replacement. The replacement was totally unacceptable. So far no refund. I think 1 star is to much.
very disappointed with this company and their return policy. I ordered blue pendant lights online and when I finally received (took way too long) the color was purple not blue. Did not look like the color online. Talked with manager Daniel and he would not waive the restocking fee which I think is completely unacceptable. Could use a bit better customer service. In 2018, it's customary for a company to provide a return label for a merchandise return.
I ordered over a dozen Juno retro fit 4" module lights for my family room. They originally sent me a note that they were out of stock and would I mind waiting.. I didn't, so I received the merchandise end of November. The holidays came and by the time I got my electrician to come by and install it was mid January. When he went to install he realized they had shipped some of the wrong lights. I wanted 2700K and they shipped partially some 3500K heat temp.
