As a trans person it can be a little nerve-wracking being vulnerable and going to new places, especially local businesses. Karli is absolutely wonderful! She was very informative about the whole process, upfront and honest about what to expect from the procedure and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I also felt comfortable to ask questions and compared to other businesses and locations, you cannot beat the price! 100/10 would recommend to anyone local or not (:

Karli is absolutely incredible! Super friendly and does an amazing job! She makes the whole process as comfortable as it can possibly be, considering what I'm there for! The new location is gorgeous too. All of the ElectraSpa locations are great, but Karli is the best!

They have moved to 3025 Limited Lane NW #204 Olympia Wa.98502 Google is being difficult when they try to update the address.

Jaylin is just wonderful it was my first time getting electrolysis and I was a bit hesitant, but she was so friendly and understanding when I needed breaks definitely will come again!!
