After a less than ideal experience with an Electraspa electrologist, the owner reached out to me and was super kind and understanding about the situation. She rectified the issue and even comped a session for me. Both of the electrologists I’ve worked with here were gentle, knowledgable, and made me feel at ease. I had an appointment with Ari today and I’m very satisfied with the results!

Ari is very kind, gentle and professional. She has give me classic lash extensions which lasted so long and a brow tint. As a strawberry blonde, I get nervous letting people color my brows but they turned out perfect! Thank you so much I will definitely be coming back! :)

I booked an hour appointment with Ari Hyers for electrolysis at the Limited Lane Olympia ElectraSpa location recently. She was fast paced and gentle! I was nervous since it was my first appointment but it was much more comfortable than I anticipated! I barely had any reaction and will definitely keep seeing her!

Beware of Karli. I scheduled my appointment well in advanced and even showed up early. I was sitting in the waiting room and watched as she took back a client that was 10 minutes late. She came out prior to look for them, saw me and said hello to me. I didn’t see her come out at all after that. I waited for over an hour until I saw her almost take another client in, at this point well past my appointment slot.
