I bought Silhouettes and had problems with one arm coming loose. I took them back three times, each time they stated that they had sent them back to be fixed. I had suspected that they tried to fix them at the office as there was no paperwork from the manufacture. Each time I went back and put them on for a fitting they became loose instantly.
