I had a great first visit and will be going back. I have bad anxiety and I hate going to eye doctors but I felt very relaxed the whole time. They took the time to explain everything and really listened to every word I spoke unlike past experiences. highly recommend
What an amazing duo in this office; both work efficiently and effectively, together and individually. During this Covid-19 time they kept things clean and wordlessly showed clients how to work in this bazaar time. Instructions were gently given to each client and communicated thoroughly while they continued with business "as usual". I felt as though my well being was as important to them as it was to me.
I have been going there for 3 years now. I love it. They are reasonable and very polite there.
Dr. Pitaras is so awesome. Very friendly and informative. Not only did she see my daughter and explain things thouroughly but she helped her pick glasses, easily. She also went over each cost and what my insurance covered etc. BEFORE then handing things back to her office assistant, who finished up and was also awesome. Very pleased with the entire experience. Finally switched eye doctors and I am super happy we did.
Best optometrist I have ever been to! Love my new glasses!! Took their time and did a great job explaining everything and making sure all my issues were addressed.
I would highly recommend Dr. Pittaras! She takes her time examining each person and doesn't ever make you feel rushed. She has very high tech equipment and she is takes her time and answers your questions and makes certain you understand everything. Dr. Pttaras and her staff are VERY professional! If I could give it zero stars, I would!! Dr starts off all nice and caring then it’s fees after fees after fees. I went back 4 times and my RX still wasn’t right and she wanted to charge me again! Over $300 later and I still have wrong RX. I finally called and asked for a refund after she was going to charge me once again for another recheck, since I don’t feel she’s able to get my RX right and we had some confrontation.She absolutely refused. Dr. Pittaras takes the time to do a thorough check up! I have tried other places, Allegheny Optical, Mr. Eye Doctor, Walmart Eye Center and I can tell you that Electra Vision is the best in our area! You will get a quality check up with the doctor, not a technician who doesn't know your vision history. Dr. Pittaras is amazing. The receptionist, Larry, is wonderful because he is on top of all the insurance information and benefits. Best place in Jefferson County, folks!
