Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to but you will pay premium their services. Unfortunately I was overcharged for my tires. (They gave me a price then charged me something different) Because of this, I won't be coming back.
I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Kevin is a gem and knows his stuff. I drive a Jeep Cherokee and one day my "Service 4WD" light came on. So I ended up picking up a used TCCM transfer case control module from a junkyard and installed it. Unfortunately the Jeep didn't recognize that it was replaced. I was referred to Kevin by another small Jeep mechanic as I refuse to go to a dealership and get shafted. Kevin told me he can do a Proxy scan and reset the computers in the vehicle. I got my 2010 Dodge Ram 4x4 truck towed to Elec-Tech . My truck was DOA, Dead, Kapoot, the electrical system was fried. Upon the advice of my local garage and Pro-Motive, Kevin was my only hope. This fine gentleman was extremely helpful and full of knowledge, a stand up fellow. Well after days of figuring things out and getting a computer board and other stuff and doing a whole reprogram, my truck is fixed and back on the road. Kevin even fixed my command start.
