Dr. Ford was very down to earth, engaging, and thorough in her explanations for everything. I felt like I got a solid understanding of the problems I was experiencing and how to address them going forward.
Dr. Fords office waited the day of my appointment to verify insurance only to inform me my insurance was not accepted. When I asked about for the out of pocket cost, I was informed $500. I ended up having to have an emrrgency appointment to get an ncision to remove my cyst. I waited 2 weeks on antibiotics for my appointment. Gravely disappointed how my medical needs were attended to.
