Dr. Ford is a very knowledgeable doctor. This was my first appointment with her and I entered her office very nervous and unsure because I had been to a different dermatologist for hair issues in the past whose appointment was less than 5 minutes and dismissed me telling me there was not much that could be done for me and failed to explain what my diagnosis was.
