I will not recommend this doctor at all. She rushes and is not patient. She did eye exam on my boy and did not explain any information to us. The only thing we know is that he is myopia. She refused to explain any details on myopia management and pushed us to book a $400 myopia management consultancy (no coverage from the insurance). Basically, she wanted to spend as little as time on us, unless we pay the expensive price for consultancy.
Dr. Minh is WONDERFUL! She is always in time and fast and has really helped with my 2 boys with amblyopia. She has a great way with children and makes me feel confident that she knows what she’s doing.
We got to the office at 1:40 for a 1:40 appointment. There were 5 people ahead of us in line. By the time I got to the receptionist, it was 2 pm and she informed me we would not be seen. So she decided that she wouldn’t see my daughter regardless of the fact it was her own office’s fault I wasn’t there “on time.” Should I have butted in front of the 5 people ahead of me?
