I started with Elanor Health and initially had a great experience. My first advocate was supportive and responsive, and I felt hopeful about the services provided. Unfortunately, that changed when my advocate left—I was never informed that my appointment had been canceled, and I had to reach out multiple times just to find out what was going on. I had a great experience in the beginning. The providers were great but then the therapist left and I had to find outside care for that. I ended up having some issues with my insurance and they processed to cancel all my appointments leaving me feeling very dumped by all of them. I then start receiving messages about how it’s ok to come back after a mistake. I didn’t stop my treatment they did. This place is a joke. I've been clean and sober for 7 yrs and they keep trying to get me in their service I don't recommend them for anything
