The Eleanor Apartments has everything right at your door step - pool table, foosball, shuffle board, and a giant scrabble board too! There's a dog wash salon, beautiful courtyard, lounges and a gear room. Plus the fitness center is fully equipped! This community rocks!
I have lived at the Eleanor for nearly a year. It is a great location and the building is nice, although they do have trouble keeping tenants. The management has not been very responsive to the few issues I have had, but it's been mostly fine. Now that I have given notice, however, things have taken a turn for the worse. In the 12 years I've rented in Seattle I've never had such a negative experience with management.
It has a cold, industrial, look and feel. Too much metal, cheap, composite feel and look. Expensive. But considering how much building supplies cost(even though not USA manufactured) I can see the high cost of rent. Thanks but no thanks.
The Eleanor has a lovely gathering place, but the most lovely were the folks we were with sharing that space !! Nice, nice, nice gathering space. Now if only we could get a hold of those tv remotes....
