This company is amazing! Finally someone who remembers how real service to customers works. All of my experiences (3 so far) have been 100% great. Tyler is one of the nicest, most efficient technicians I have ever worked with. That being said, all of their employees have been wonderful. Example: after 12 calls, to what I thought was a reputable company, to honor a warranty (L___’s) with NO success, Eldridge came to my rescue. I can’t say enough but this “Service” company understands what to do.
Eldridge Service Company for many years has serviced two homes for us in Ringgold, GA. The service is prompt, with calls prior to arriving, the technicians wear shoe covers, are courteous, are always informative and very knowledgeable regarding any problems. Our Comfort Care Service Contract is reasonable and allows service to our two units at our main house and the unit in our rental house.
