This company is amazing! Finally someone who remembers how real service to customers works. All of my experiences (3 so far) have been 100% great. Tyler is one of the nicest, most efficient technicians I have ever worked with. That being said, all of their employees have been wonderful. Example: after 12 calls, to what I thought was a reputable company, to honor a warranty (L___’s) with NO success, Eldridge came to my rescue. I can’t say enough but this “Service” company understands what to do.

It's amazing to finally have heat and air in our entire buisness. Mika and his crew did a stellar job and were nothing but professional. they treated my property and my animals like their own. it was super muddy outside working conditions and they never drug any mess inside. They cleaned up after each job really well too. I'm happy :)

After our existing unit started giving us trouble, Eldridge Service Company was my first call. They sent a technician out that same day and unfortunately replacement was our best option. Mica Clark was quick with presenting a set of options, worked with us to ensure all our needs were met and followed up after the sell to ensure we were happy. Our home is now cool in the summer and warm in the winter and thanks to the new higher efficiency unit, my power bill is about $100 LESS per month. I couldn't be happier.
