Corey was such an amazing guy to deal with! I ran into a snag Saturday evening and I was able to located his information and he answered immediately! He was very helpful walking me through some stuff on the phone and then was able to come Monday as it was no longer an emergency! He rixed my mixing valve in my ensuite and ensure that everything was working and that i was satisfied with it. He communicated everything and was very transparent throughout everything. Cory helped me with a leaking garburator under my sink. After talking through it Cory he said my current model (over 6 years old) was discontinued. Cory found a comparable more efficient model and shared the total cost with me before making any decisions. There was great communication and honest transparency throughout the whole process. Cory has installed the new unit and did a great clean job and took the old unit with him as well. 5 star job from start to finish.
