I recently had a couple of cavities filled. My entire experience was pleasant, starting as soon as I walked in the door and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. The pleasant experience continued with Dr. Pins and the dental assistant. Also, while I was there, the person who takes care of insurance was able to clarify an insurance issue. I’m very impressed and pleased with the care provided by every member of Classic Concepts Family Dentistry! I received thorough diagnostics, and an explanation of the results. We discussed my concerns and fears at the start of the appointment. Several times during the visit the hygienist and dentist followed up, making sure I was okay.

I’ve put off going to the dentist for awhile so my teeth are not the greatest. I’ve always hated going cause I felt like I’d be judged by my teeth. However here I was not. Everyone is so nice. The receptionist is very nice and welcoming. I love Danielle the hygienist. She’s fantastic. I also loved Dr. Pins. She doesn’t make you feel bad about your teeth.
