Still waiting after two years for them to finish the job and repair problems from original installation. There is no zero rating so I had use 1 star
There is no zero rating. I had a fence installed in 2021. Caps and spacers started to fall off. I reported this but was put off with false promises of repairs. One gate was not installed because I had to obtain a letter of permission from a neighbor. I had the letter filed and informed Eldridge to order and install gate. They asked for additional monies. I can honestly say that working with this company was amazing. So refreshing to see such a well run family owned and operated local business. I see a family who’s pride in there work ethic and company name is valued. I’m beyond pleased with the diligence and integrity from start to finish. The family knows fencing and it shows!From ordering to final swing of my new gate was a speedy, easy, enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this company for any of your projects!
