Beware of this Orthodontist Practice. Although they offer good pricing, the customer service including answering phones, office management and overall service is awful. Bottom line you get what you pay for. I would NOT recommend Eldorado Smiles. Big headache!
First of all, Buyer be very aware with this practice! This is a practice which revolves around up-selling patients and creating things to sell their services. This practice is not about patients well-being, rather its all about "how to extract maximum money from their patients and their insurance companies". Always double check your insurance billings from this practice and make sure what you paid and what your insurance pays to them, adds to correct amounts.
