RecommendedUpdate to post. Dr Reddy (sp?) called on the Monday and spoke to my wife. He said they got really busy and things got missed. It happens. They straightened everything out with weening off of the steroid. The doc was keen on making things right. He saw the GSD and looked at her ears. I am going to give him another try in the future. Things happen and unfortunately it happened after our first trip. Very compassionate and sweet staff, also incredibly reasonable pricing! This was our second encounter this past week, they were very fast and efficient for our poor Luna! She’s on the mend now, and they even called to check in on how she’s feeling.
Amazing staff and Dr. Schoch is fantastic and took the time to get to know my furbaby. They're doing great with their COVID protocols and they've made each visit during the process of trying to figure out what's wrong with our cat easy and hassle-free.
I have to say that the staff and Doctor here are amazing ! I had to take my baby girl of 16 years on a emergency visit and due to her illness advanced we lost her . I was devastated and Ben was so sweet to my husband and myself , they allowed us to spend as much time as we needed to say goodbye ! Ben helped me with her memorial box and was so so compassionate! This was the hardest thing I had to do was say goodbye to my baby girl Chanel , thank you everyone at Eldorado Pet Hospital. Also today I received a very nice condolen... read more

Love going here with all my babies they are caring helpful make us feel like they care and love the animals !! They are not to expensive!!
The experience was great! They quickly attended me and were very sweet with my little Aussie! They treated her great and I would definitely recommend them for and fur baby parents!
