This was my first time there and it was very expensive and the options were not discussed with me as far as testing goes. My one dog had a UTI and when I got there, I was told to leave my dog there since they were busy. Instead of calling me to see if they could do bloodwork instead of a urine test on my dog, they went ahead and did it and then I had to pay. Dr Reddy and his staff was great... my dog had an allergic reaction and he was able to get him even though we had never been before on a Saturday afternoon! The staff was great & called in Sunday to see how my boy was doing. I actually spoke to the doctor twice on Sunday. So pleased with them and the way they took care of my boy.
I love them! If one of my pets is sick they will see them right away!
When we got our new puppy back in June, he had worms and kennel cough. Eldorado Pet Hospital was the only vet that would see him on such short notice, and with such high quality care. They helped me set him up on care plan to get his puppy shots, and called to check on him the next day! Best veterinarian experience yet.
The staff here are super friendly and treated my chaos like he was there own dog. I defiantly will be coming back for other needs when it comes to my fur babies.
Dr. Reddy and his crew are amazing! They always take such great care of my fur babies. I highly recommend using them for all your pets needs.
