Horrible service. They charged us the copayment and had us waiting there over two hours. One of the nurses comes out and says they're not going to be treating my sister anymore because they didn't want to wait for the neurologist to fax back the okay. At first they did not want to refund the money. Incompetent staff. Don't lie your patients and then try to charge for a service you did not give.
My Dr. And all the staff are wonderful!! Hopefully one day I can work for them!!!
