Very bad experience No no courtesy no humanity act like a butcher I will never recommend any body even I will tell my doctor please do not refer dr. Eldin Alaa to any body even there staff is not friendly either
Beware dr. Alden will leave you for dead!! and give you the wrong medicine and keep you suffering for a long time ..all he is looking for is money money he is not focused on how and why to help people also the people on the front desk are absolutely horrible they don’t want to help and don’t care and sometimes don’t answer the phone and they also ignore the phone on purpose.
What’s the point of a phone number if you never answer? Do better!
Phone receptionist was not friendly. phone skills need improvement.
Horrible experience with their front desk/ phone person. Felt disrespected!!! The woman was cold on the phone and very dismissive. I wanted to work with this doctor because of positive reviews and patient comments. However Dr Salah-Eldin, Alaa should really investigate on how staff treat possible patients.
