My Mom has needed in-home care for more than a year now. We tried another service, but found them lacking in their ability to provide personal-level customer support. So we tried ElderlyCare. The personal level of attention from Joe and his staff has been incomparable. We (my mom, my brother and I) have been so pleased, and have grown quite attached to some of the caregivers who come into her home. I highly recommend them.
As someone with a mom in hospice care at home, I have been extremely happy with the quality of personnel provided by Elderly Care. We had two caregivers on different days of the week and they were both excellent. I also appreciate the flexibility that we were given, as our requirements kept changing based on different prognoses provided by the doctors. Despite these constant changes, our contact, Joe Spicer, could not have been more understanding. Finally, they were also very fair in their pricing. I highly recommend them!
