I recommend Elder Veterans Legal Aid Group to anyone who needs to complete the paperwork to receive veteran's benefits. You'll be assigned a paralegal who will ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete before submitting to the government for processing. I was told processing time would take about 3-5 months and I received benefits for my mother within 4 months. EVLAG did a wonderful job in helping my mother obtain benefits that my family and I did not know were available. If we had tried to do this on our own we would have never gotten the benefit that was awarded recently to my mother. The Team at Elder Veterans helped me to navigate a difficult process with respect to getting VA benefits for my Mom ( Wife of a deceased Veteran ). They were easy to deal with, had incredible knowledge of the details and had a very mature information gathering process. I highly recommend this group. They did an amazing job for my Dad. They have been VERY responsive in answering questions and going through the process. I was a little leery about paying a fee to get this done but it is definitely worth it. They are fantastic.

Elder Veterans Legal Aid Group, P.C.is awesome! They have streamlined the process to assist veterans, like my dad and mother when they needed help financially to cover costs associated with in home medical assistance.
