The services provided by Mr. Osborne and his Veterans Legal Aid Group have been priceless! Can’t imagine how my family would have navigated the bureaucratic nightmare that is the VA/federal government without him. He has been kind, patient and understanding as we walked through the process. His knowledge saved us valuable time working through the speedbumps along the way and securing the benefit. Jennifer Osbourne with Elder Veterans Legal Aid Group helped my Mom with her claim for benefits. Without her help we would never been able to secure funds securing her help for elder care. Jessica and the hard-working staff at Elder Veteran's Legal Aid Group are fantastic! They assisted us in navigating the difficult process of qualifying and applying for VA aid. My father served in WW2 and passed away some years ago. When we moved my mom to an assisted living facility, we were pleased to learn she could qualify for aid to help with the living expenses. Glenn Osbourne and his crew have worked tirelessly and diligently to get my dad the veteran's benefits he rightly deserved. He knew exactly what to do and how to handle the mechanics of working with the VA. We trusted him completely to get to the finish line and he was definitely worthy of that trust. We engaged the Elder Veterans Legal Aid Group to help my mother obtain her VA benefits. It proved to be a difficult case to resolve. But through it all, Glenn Osborne remained persistent and diligent in his efforts to solve the problems we were having.
