We had a scheduling conflict and it was going to be hard for my wiife to drive me home after my surgery. I called Elder Conceiege Service with only a couple of days notice. They were able to do provide the required transportation and were great from start to finish, ie scheduling, confirmation, payment, arriving on time, and getting me home. Both my mother and I have been using ECS since 2020 and they have been lifesavers on more than one occasion. Elder Concierge staff helped my sister-in-law immeasurably for several years as her health declined. My wife and I live in Connecticut and were struggling to help from a distance. While not a health care service, Elder Concierge staff (Heather McGuire particularly) were fabulous as companions and problem solvers. We asked them to do all manner of things. Wonderful service! Thank you ECS for being my medical transport on 10/8/18 for my outpatient foot surgery. Lila was a godsend! She made the day very pleasant for me. I had tried to get my pain medication issued prior to surgery & the pharmacy would not issue it until surgery day. Lila was so accommodating & patient with the pharmacy and she picked it up on the way from the surgical center!
