We have been in a ElderBroach house for 13 yrs. and are really surprised by the negative reviews. We have had one problem, resolved, in all that time. All requests are taken care of within 24 hours unless it is complex. We always receive a phone call before and after work is done. Rose
Totally unprofessional and misleading. A ripoff! Promised an answer in 48 hours and today over 96 hours after;no response and cannot find them. If a house is leased or sold through this company don't waste time or avoid headaches. Bad is a good descriptive but they don't deserve to be in business.
Company is very disorganized and unprofessional . terrible service and attitude towards the customer . will not comply with what is promised . If the house is selling, buying or renting do not do it!! Stay away !!!!! I have waisted my time and money.
Wish I would have read these before I leased in January. I agree with these people. This is a poorly ran property management company. Very impersonal and downright rude. The home is not what was promised and even though I am paying premium prices I am not getting a premium home or service. How this is allowed is beyond me. Unbelievable!
