I couldn't be more happy with the service and support I received from Lise at Elder Answers. My mother has been in hospice for over a year and the rates kept going up so we needed a more affordable spot without sacrificing quality of care. She asked all the right questions, narrowed it down to three places and even scheduled and went with me on the tours. We found the perfect spot and it's a win for everyone. Elder Answers really cares about families and helping each one find what they need. I highly recommend them!
Lise was very kind and helpful. I had to place my 88 year old mother in memory care under emergency circumstances. Lise made herself available to me at all hours and was very responsive. She gave me a long list of vetted homes and facilities within our price range. I have no reservations in recommending her.
I cannot overstate how helpful Lise was in helping us find a home for our mom. When our mom’s health took a sudden turn this past year and needed to relocate from her assisted living facility, Lise was able to find a fantastic solution for us.
