They are rude and hostile. I am glad they are closed. I should also mention that I was sick with the flu and this office worker tried to talk to me about my test results. She was no medical professionals. She got rude, I got rude back and Eldonburge, who had been listening without my consent or knowledge busted in on me and got rude. I am happy he had to shut down the practice.
A rude and hostile office worker drove me away from Eldenburges office. He defended this worker when my baby was doubled over in pain and needed test to determine the source of pain. I will never forget how cruel this office was. It is good they are no longer in business.
I am very disappointed, I honestly expected better. After witnessing the calus treatment and dismissal of a person in need of help by this establishment, I can not and will not support this practice anymore.
Horrible! My daughter fell at school and I called the doctor after picking her up and seeing the pain she was in to see if I needed to go there or go to the hospital if they were too busy. The secretary said she would check and came back on the line and said no they weren't busy and we could come right on in and I again told her she was really hurting and crying and she said will see you in a minute so I took her over there. My 5 yr old daughter fell at school I called the doctor because she was in such severe pain I thought I needed to take her to the hospital and I figured they were busy since we didn't have an appointment so I asked secretary if I was going to have to wait should I come there or should I go to the hospital.
