Working with Dan and his team has been wonderful. We have been building our forever home with them, and will be about to move in in under a year. Their craftsmanship is unmatched. They have been really easy to work with and do incredible work! I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful home.
We love our Eldan home. From our experience, any issues we had while building or after we moved in were addressed and mostly to our satisfaction. The beautiful carpentry work in our home is second to none.
Eldan built our home in a timely manner with all the design choices implemented perfectly. Dave and Adriana walked through every step of the process with us as the build came to an end and addressed every concern with professionalism and a commitment to quality we expected for our new home.
I live in a relatively new Eldan Home (5 years old) and we just discovered TONS of debris and sheetrock dust in my HVAC system from lazy disposal. I didn't write a review about the siding being cut improperly all around the building, but that's also a mind bender.
After recently moving into our Eldan Home I couldn't with good conscience recommend them to anyone. Countless mistakes along the way and we now have to live with a garage floor that has started cracking after 6 weeks, a basement floor poured so poorly no flooring contractor wants to assist with finishing the basement, hardwood floors that are like a rolling hill because they didn't have the subfloor prepped and now a giant hill my kids can go tubing on in the winter without a level spot to place playset on a 1 acre lot.
