Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. While waiting to see the podiatrist I noticed how comfortable they have made their waiting room area. The chairs were so comfy and it was nice to sit and relax for a second before my appointment. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
