Hey so there's the correct way to handle things, and then there's how things were handled tonight. Most concert venues list events as "ARTIST NAME 21+", this one had it hidden under "read more" in the info. You could have politely explained,"I'm sorry this event is 21+, we cannot allow your friend to stay." We were screamed at by a man I am told is the owner(he had shoulder length black hair). Love this venue as they always feature the best of our Bay Area bands. Soltrón and La Gente have been 2 of the best and I have been there on more than one occasion to see them at Elbo .Love the large dancing area and how up close and personal you get with the bands! I will definitely be back again!! Hope it stays open forever!!
