They were on-time and replaced our old water softener system (10+ years) with a new system. In addition to installing the new water softener system, they performed the electronic control system programming and ran the necessary tests to insure the new system installation was operating properly. Workmen were professional and courteous and cleaned up all trash and old parts before leaving our house.
They followed up with me right away, weâ re incredible to work with, and really explained everything to me. Moving from out of the area, I didnâ t know a ton about hard vs soft water. Some companies come out and tell you â your water is hard, hereâ s our options â , but Ben at Jasonâ s explained what causes that, how their system helps and why itâ s better. We had an absolutely wonderful and professional interaction with all aspects of the business. Ben our salesman is very friendly and has checked not only on the system but stopped by to say hi. Emily the owner, is very pleasant and easy to work with. Her son was the installer and has a wealth of knowledge and know-how. We are very pleased with our system and look forward to many years of service from the amazing system they installed.
