Dr. Kurtts and his team of professional staff were phenomenal with my father when he needed care. They are very caring and patient, competent and thorough. They took the time to assess him and made him feel very comfortable. Dr. Kurtts receives my highest praise.

50 Stars if I could for my primary, Dr. Roe, the other doctors and the nurses who have been wonderful to me when I have needed them. All the way to the fabulous people who work up front. My favorite Dr’s office I’ve found since moving to Baldwin County in 2012, and I won’t be leaving them! Thank you Elberta Family Practice!!!
Excellent staff an excellent doctors been going there for 20 years wouldn’t change a thing
Clinic has gotten to busy for standard patients. Slow or non existent referals. Had to find another Dr. Had a stroke years ago had to request therapy as doctor did not deem it important enough for it. Would not recommend.
Best physician experience I've ever had. I've seen Dr. Walsh and Dr. Kurtts, and both treated my like I was the only patient in the building. I never mind waiting when they're running behind because I know when it's my turn, I'm going to have all of their attention.
