I can't think of a more crucial time to have warm running water than coming home from the hospital with a newborn. New moms will understand (sitz baths, peri bottles, simply having clean hands to hold the baby and after diaper changes). Needless to say I was on the verge of tears. Elbel Plumbing showed up as fast as possible & had the job done in no time. I am forever grateful. I think your staff needs to wear super hero capes ;-)
